Self-Care for everyone is very important, and it's much more than just quick naps and bubble baths. It involves the mind, body and soul.

When seniors practice self- care on a daily basis, it reduces stress, improves energy and increases happiness. It also reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer.
